Ladies Vintage 18kt Gold Vacheron Wristwatch - A beautiful Vacheron ladies' wristwatch adorned with 50 diamonds throughout. Manual Wind. Stamped 750 and a character below it. There is also a stamp on the back of the watch portion that appears to be of Persian origin.  Dimensions: H 0.25 x W 6.5 x D 0.25 inches  Weight: 44.6 grams Condition: Very good, but non-functioning
