Art collectors praise Josef Lorenzl sculptures of lithe dancers for their detailed form and illusion of movement. He learned how to cast bronze at the Vienna Arsenal, a military storage complex. While many of his sculptures feature mixed materials and ceramics, his most well-known pieces are of ivory or bronze.
