Pair of US Artillery Warheads from Different Eras - WWI Model 1907 75mm Artillery Warhead WWI model 1907 75mm artillery warhead. Displays well with wear from use and age. 20 Pound Parrott Artillery Shell This is an example of the long-pattern 20-pounder (3.67-inch caliber) Parrott projectile. The long-pattern Parrott projectiles are common shells and do not contain any case-shot material. A large number of this style of projectile was fired during the 1864 Atlanta Campaign. This pattern is also found with a wrought iron ring sabot; therefore, it would be considered a Read-Parrott projectile pattern.
