The box is decorated with floral patterns on the side, and has a cowboy riding a horse through hills on the lid. The inside of the box has a gold-plated cufflink holder on the lid, and a ring in the middle for collars to fit around. One collar is marked, Triangle Van Zandt, Jacobs and Co.
