Vintage Skirt With Black Figural Face. Skirt appears to be homemade with pink and flocked black lines, white dot, and glitter with black elastic waist. There are 2 rick rack loops on the front bottom edge to wrap around a finger and lift up like a cancan skirt. When lifted, the underskirt reveals a black woman's face with large hoop earrings. Face and hands are machine appliqued. In good condition, the figure does have some fraying. Measures flat 12" waist with some elasticity and 20.5" long. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
