It is comprised of 20 blocks, 16 by 16 inches, set straight, 4 by 5, with a 4.5 inch scrappy ice cream cone border. It is hand and machine pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an aqua blue solid reverse. The edge is finished with an applied white fabric binding.
