Antique c1860 Crib Quilt - Antique c1860 Crib Quilt measuring 26x34”. It is comprised of a Poinsettia Block in fugitive purple and overdyed green, with Hovering Hawks blocks above, below, and partial blocks along the sides. It is hand pieced, Paid and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied madder print binding. This quilt was collected in Penngrove, California.
