Vintage 1934 Magic Vines Quilt - Vintage 1934 Magic Vines Quilt, a Nancy Page pattern, made by Beulah E Laughlin Turnbull, as indicated in the quilting along an edge. 77 by hundred and 2 inches. There are 4 vertical rows of appliqué flowers on a leafy vine, made up of 11 blocks or flowers each, 6 by 6.5 inches wide. There are 6.5 inch alternating rows of solid white, and a 16.5 inch white border with another leafy vine framing the quilt. It is machine pieced, hand appliquéd, hand embroidered, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied white solid binding.
