Vintage c1940 Grandmothers Flower Garden Quilt - Vintage c1940 Grandmother's Flower Garden Quilt measuring 62 by 76 inches it is comprised of 1.25 inch hexagons. There are 28 complete rosettes each with a yellow center surrounded by 2 rounds of fabric, mostly print, some plaids and stripes, followed by a garden path of white with green triangular shape units separating it intersections, creating a star like motif. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied green fabric binding.
