Vintage c1950 Iris Applique Quilt - Vintage c1950 Iris Applique Quilt made by Genevieve Odom of Fayette County, PA, measuring 73x86”. Medallion style with a U shaped arrangement of Iris Flowers and leaves and a green swag deco border with more iris flowers. It is hand pieced, hand appliqued, and hand quilted. This cotton batting and a lavender solid reverse. The edge is finished with an applied lavender fabric binding. This may be an original design, I have been unable to find a kit or pattern similar to it.
