Vintage 1970s Cross Stitch Kit Quilt - Rose Brocade by Paragon - Vintage 1970s Cross Stitch Kit Quilt - Rose Brocade by Paragon measuring 83 by 93 inches. Made by Genevieve Odom of Fayette County, PA. Medallion style with a large basket in the center with 3 large open roses, 3 buds, and leaves in 3 shades of green. There is a wreath of leaves that surrounds the basket and a border design of leaf motifs in green, brown, and orange. It is hand pieced, hand embroidered in cross-stitch, and hand quilted. Thin polyester batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied white fabric binding.
