Antique c1880 Lone Star Quilt with Zig Zag Border - Antique c1880 Lone Star Quilt with Zig Zag Border measuring 73 by 75 inches. There is an 8 Pointed Star in the center 55 by 57 inches, comprised of 60 degrees inch diamonds, 2 inches along one side, with a 1.5 inch red and white zigzag inner border and a 7 inch outer border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the front brought to the back and applied by hand. There is a Velcro strip applied to the top on the back for hanging.
