Vintage c1950 Posie Applique Quilt - Vintage c1950 Posie Applique Quilt measuring 73 by 78 inches. It is comprised of 25 blocks, 10.5 by 10.5 inches, set on point, 5 by 5, with solid white alternating squares and setting triangles. It is machine pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with blue and white prairie points. I've been unable to identify the block which consists of an on point snowball block with blue corners inside a square with 4 posy flowers at each corner.
