Vintage c1940 Colonial Ladies Quilt - RWB - Vintage c1940 Colonial Ladies Quilt in red, white, and blue, measuring 64x75”. Comprised of 12 blocks, 16x17”, set straight, 3 by 4, with 2.5” triple red and blue sashing with red cornerstones, and 6” white borders along 2 sides. It is machine pieced, hand and machine appliqued, hand embroidered, and hand quilted in a Baptist Fan pattern. Medium loft cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse, the edge in finished knife edge, with a facing of red on 3 sides, and white along the top.
