Antique c1900 Economy Patch Quilt - Antique c1900 Economy Patch Quilt Measuring 69 by 80 inches. It is comprised of 42 blocks, 7 by 7 inches, set on point, 6 by 7, with a red print setting the square, triangles, and 3 inch outer border. There is a 2.5 inch shirting inner border. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with a red cotton print fabric binding. The quilt was purchased in Yoder, Kansas and could possibly originate from a Mennonite community. There is a sleeve on the reverse along one side for hanging.
