Antique The Crossroads Quilt - Antique The Crossroads Quilt measuring 73 by 88 inches. It is comprised of 20 blocks, 15 by 15 inches, set straight, 4 by 5, with 2.5 inch blue print sashing and shirting cornerstones. The sashing extends to the 2 sides, but not the top and bottom. It is hand and machine pieced, and hand quilted in a Baptist fan motif. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied blue print binding. The quilt uses a variety of indigo and cadet blue prints, shirting, stripes and more.
