Guna Mola Panel Trio of Stylized Plants - Panama (Guna Yala), circa 1970s 14.5 x 17 inches Finely worked mola panel featuring three stylized plant or tree forms with multi-lobed leafy crowns rising from stepped fret bases, the leaves richly embellished with embroidered veining and concentric outlines, executed in three layers of red, green, and black cotton, with additional appliqué and hand embroidery in green, yellow, pink, blue, peach, purple, and white.
