A Nachtmann lead crystal Safari pattern lion charger - A Nachtmann lead crystal charger in the Safari pattern. The circular plate features a central clear well surrounded by a continuous relief-moulded band depicting a pride of lions in a frosted finish. This decorative band is set within a wide, plain clear glass rim. The piece is constructed from press-moulded lead crystal with acid-etched or sandblasted frosting to the relief decoration. The central well is marked with a white etched logo featuring a crowned letter N above the name NACHTMANN in block capitals. Diameter: approximately 30cm.
