Twelve Gourmet Tomato Slicing Knives, Item No. 98768, Made in Japan - A set of twelve tomato slicing knives produced by Gourmet. Each knife features a fixed stainless steel blade with a fine serrated edge and a characteristic upward curve terminating in a pointed tip. The tang of each blade is stamped with a logo of a profile head wearing a hat, accompanied by the word JAPAN. The handles are manufactured from shaped wood, each fastened with three brass-toned rivets. The set is accompanied by the original black cardboard protective sleeves printed with multi-language descriptions and the original white outer cardboard box. Blade length: 4.5 inches (approx. 11.5cm).
