A Vintage South East Asian Batik-Covered Carved Wood Owl Figurine - A hand-crafted decorative figurine of an owl, constructed from a solid hand-carved wooden core overlaid with a patterned textile. The fabric features traditional batik-style hand-printed motifs including floral, foliate, and geometric designs in earth-toned shades of brown and tan. The owl is rendered in a rounded form with stylised ear tufts and a prominent angular carved beak. The eyes are detailed with hand-painted concentric red and black circles. The piece stands on an integral four-footed base finished in black paint. No maker's marks or signatures are visible on the body or base. Height: 150mm.
