Playme Ref. 977 Die-Cast Metal Miniature Stove Pencil Sharpener - A vintage die-cast metal novelty pencil sharpener by Playme, modelled as a portable single-burner stove or spirit lamp. The piece consists of a square frame supported by four curved legs, enclosing a central circular burner unit with a star-patterned grate. It is finished with an antiqued bronze-effect patina. The underside of the top plate is cast in relief with the mark PLAYME inside an oval cartouche, MADE IN SPAIN, and REF. 977.
