Russian Art Nouveau brooch with old-cut diamonds, St. Petersburg, circa 1900 - Product Description: Condition: Good condition - used with some signs of wear Weight: approx, 9,11 grams Comment: Russian Art Nouveau brooch with old-cut diamonds, St. Petersburg, circa 1900. Finely crafted brooch made of red gold (hallmarked 56 = 14 karats) with a silver overlay, set with a total of 36 old-cut diamonds in various sizes, totaling approximately 2.5 ct, with color H and clarity VSI–SI. Features a floral, elegantly curved design in the style of Russian Art Nouveau (Модерн). Dimensions are approximately 41 × 46 mm, and the weight is about 9.11 grams. On the reverse side, a master’s mark is visible, beginning with the Cyrillic letter “М”, with the second letter blurred—possibly Г, Р, Т, or Ф. Likely produced in workshops in St. Petersburg between 1890 and 1910 by masters such as М. Грачев (M. Gratschew) or another court jeweler of the area. In good condition. Package contents: invoice
