Silver necklace with lapis lazuli, coral, and silver pendant, Himalaya / Tibet, circa 1950–1980 - Product Description: Comment: Necklace with Lapis Lazuli, coral, and a silver pendant, originating from the Himalaya/Tibet area, ca. 1950–1980. Length: approx. 50 cm; Weight: approx. 33 g; Silver content: 925 sterling silver. An intricately crafted, multi-strand necklace featuring fine, faceted Lapis Lazuli beads and cylindrical red coral beads, combined with engraved lapis elements in the shape of a fish. The round pendant is made of 925 silver (stamped) and is adorned with an inlay of Lapis Lazuli, red coral material, and a silver insert in the form of Tibetan characters. The pendant showcases typical handcrafted techniques from the Himalaya/Tibet region, presumably dating from the mid to late 20th century. Provenance: Himalaya/Tibet, ca. 1950–1980.
