Large bronze, 32.5 mm. Year one. Overstruck on a coin of Hadrian. Obverse: Paleo-Hebrew inscription within wreath: “Jerusalem”. Reverse: Amphora with fluted body. Paleo-Hebrew inscription: “Year One to the Redemption of Israel”. +Very Fine. Mildenberg 15; Meshorer TJC 221a; Hendin 1375. Ex Menashe Landman collection, Haifa. (Ex Yoav Sasson 1973).
