Vintage Entomological Display Case with Diverse Pinned Insect Collection, Dated 1961 - A vintage entomological display case presenting a diverse collection of various pinned insects, including moths, butterflies, beetles, a cicada, and other arthropods. The specimens are arranged against a faded light green backing and housed within a simple rectangular wooden frame with a clear glass front. The case is supported by integrated wooden easel legs on the reverse. Small handwritten paper labels, primarily numerical, are present adjacent to some specimens. The reverse features a taped label reading ”Fox B. Mitchell” and a stamped mark ”No. 9750 Made in U.S.A. 10-61,” indicating a date of October 1961.
