The jacket is designed in a tailored, four-pocket style featuring notch lapels and a black synthetic lining. The jacket includes an integral fabric belt secured by a silver-tone buckle. Insignia includes a ribbon bar of red and yellow stripes affixed to the left breast. The shoulder epaulets bear silver wire embroidered rank rosettes, two visible per side, secured by silver-tone buttons.
