Cast Metal Handprint Architectural Push Plate - A cast metal relief plaque designed as an architectural push plate, featuring a human right hand in high relief against a textured, irregular ground. The piece is cast from a heavy metal alloy, possibly aluminium or pewter, with a matte grey patina. It features four circular mounting holes, one at each corner, intended for fixing to a door surface. The anatomical detail of the hand is rendered with significant depth. The reverse of the plaque is flat and displays linear tool marks and surface scratches consistent with the manufacturing process. No maker's marks, signatures, or foundry stamps are visible. 130 mm x 242 mm.
