Pre-Civil War US M1839 EM Belt Buckle-Boyd & Sons - This buckle is marked Boyd & Sons Boston and is somewhat hard to read. It is very flat and has dent to upper right edge. Both shanks are intact and show rust. The front has pleasant dark patina and show wear and age.
