Civil War Union Cavalry Carbine Cartridge Pouch NJ - Pouch is marked under the flap cover with oval stamp E.A. Crossman Newark N.J. It has an unused custom silver name or unit badge on flap held on by 4 prongs and the full wooden cartridge block. The condition is good to VG. All the leather is strong and not dried out with very little crazing and surface loss. It was treated with a preservative at some point so it feels oily to the touch. All the fittings touching leather have heavy green verdigris Some corners and recesses have the start of dusty white mold which should clean up easily. See pictures.
