Civil War Union Heavy Artillery Signal Flag - This cotton flag is arsenal made and is composed of machine sewn panels. Size is 44” x 44” with 3 ties on border with 2 cotton loops. It has many period repairs and has many smaller and larger holes and rips with some areas missing. Has penciled ”89th” near red center on one side. It has stains of every kind and shows hard use and shows real character and looks like it smells of battle.
