This home-built derby car is a classic creation of a young boy in the mid 1960’s. Built by Class A racer Rick Bolt, of Lebanon Indiana, this car met all of the race requirements (affixed paper tag inside body side below steering wheel reflects this. See photos). The car is in its original configuration with pulleys and wires. Unclear if it is still operational. The right front wheel is missing a nut to secure it. The orange paint is in great shape for its age and the “Burger Chef” sponsorship markings are clear, bright, and well done.
