Base is marked ”3 IN 60 CAL DUMMY CART MK 8 MOD 1 LOT SH CORP” And in center ”71388-” Base is 4.25” diameter. Length: 34.75”. Base and tip are held on with pair of hex set screws. Dummy round has weight characteristics of real round. Manufactured by Stahot Heater Corp. of Brooklyn, NY. Some darkening at tip, but most of surface is clean, unmarred. See photos.
