INERT WWI French F1 Grenade w/Billiant M1916 Fuze - Original French WWI F1 Hand Grenade w/ Billant Modèle 1916 Fuse. Put into mass production in 1915 by the French. This design led to the later creation of the US MKI grenades and many similar variants over the last century. This particular example has Billant Modèle 1916 Fuze, and retains the spoon and pull ring. This example retains a lot of the original cornflower blue French paint in the crevices and on some of the flat outer surfaces. Dimensions: 4.5” tall x 2.25” wide. See photos, si vous plait.
