1930s Pima Basket - 1930 Pima Basket Superb example of early 20th century craftsmanship this Pima coiled basket circa 1930, hails from the indigenous peoples of southern Arizona. It presents a shallow, gracefully flared form, expertly woven from natural fibers likely willow and devil's claw. Its surface showcases an earthy palette of browns, and natural fiber colors that emphasize the bold geometric patterns radiating from its tightly coiled center.
