Illinois 1913 License Plate Pair - # 14092 in good original condition. Front skeleton plate has lost 70% of original paint but shows very little rust. Rear plate has lost nearly all paint on the numerals but retains almost all background paint. Unfortunately 6 extra random holes have been drilled into the rear plate.
