Hawthorne & Sheble Columbia Phonograph Cabinet - Oak cylinder top phonograph cabinet made by Hawthorne & Sheble as an aftermarket option for cylinder phonographs. This style of cabinet is most often associated with Columbia machines. In VG original finish condition, it features a locking cylinder roll top with included key, a serpentine top, and 8 drawers with carved shell pulls . Inside the drawers are wood record pegs for standard size cylinders. All the record drawers have locks but there is no key available. The opening in the top to insert a phonograph mechanism is 11.5” wide, 6” deep. There is no phonograph included but the extended Columbia crank is present so drop in a Columbia works and you will be good to go.. Overall measures 32.25” wide, 24.75” deep, 46” tall.
