"The mask is falling" - an anti-Semitic label. Munich, 1942

Die Maske fallt! - "The mask is falling". "Israel wants to establish Jewish control in the world. The peoples of Europe, united together with their Japanese allies, will crush this plan, they will not lay down their arms until the enemy of humanity is destroyed!..." - Slogan of the week #40, antisemitic paper notes, the main publication of The NSDAP. Munich 1942.

On a black and yellow background, the anti-Semitic inscription was printed: "According to reports in American newspapers, President Roosevelt established a new committee for personal consultation... includes: Bernard M. Baruch - financier - Jewish. Henry Morgenthau - Secretary of the Treasury - Jewish. Felix Frankfurter - Professor - Jewish. Saul Blum - Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee - Jewish. La Guardia - Mayor of New York - Half-Jewish. Cordell Hull - Secretary of State - Married to a Jew. These are the leading people in the United States! What we knew a long time ago is now clearly confirmed!... by the straw man Roosevelt who stands at the head of the state, Israel wants to establish Jewish control in the world. The peoples of Europe, united together with their Japanese allies, will crush this plan, they will not lay down their arms until the enemy of humanity is destroyed!"

During the war years, incitement labels of this type with the anti-Semitic inscription were pasted on papers and postal envelopes throughout Germany.
