In the introduction that is an antisemitic document in its own—the author claims to demonstrate how, precisely in accordance with the original master plan outlined in the Protocols, the Jews were actively implementing their scheme across Europe during the 1910s and 1920s. He alleges that the execution of this “plan for world domination” was set in motion at the First Zionist Congress in Basel in 1897, where “the foundations were laid for a conquest plan whose scope was fully justified by the successes already achieved.” He expands on the well-known antisemitic claim that Jews hold the most influential positions in the United States, England, Soviet Russia, Holland, Austria, and Germany, asserting that the major political and social events in those countries at the time were always accompanied by key Jewish figures playing central roles. The author further claims that Jews control the press and all forms of media, and that their goal in the realm of religion is to abolish all faiths and impose the religion of Moses as a global doctrine. The introduction is saturated with particularly extreme incitement, including statements such as: “To demonstrate their power, the Jews will destroy and subjugate each of the peoples of Europe through murder and terror.” According to the author, the very fact that Jews attempt to suppress the distribution of the Protocols wherever possible is itself “proof” of their truth. On the back cover appears a blatant incitement text in Spanish: "Haga Usted que sus hijos y sus amigos conozcan este libro que defiende a su Patria de la lepra social que invade al Mundo y que se llama Judaísmo" – "Let your children and your friends know about this book, which defends your homeland from the social leprosy that is invading the world and is called Judaism."

The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is the most widespread antisemitic document in the world and one that had an immense impact on the fate of the Jewish people in the 20th century. This fabricated libel was first circulated in Russia in 1903, encouraged by the Russian Orthodox Church and the Imperial Court, and later became one of the most prominent texts used by the Nazis as ideological justification for the persecution of Jews. The “document” presents a supposed global action plan, divided into 24 chapters—each titled a “Protocol.” The original writings were composed over a period of about 35 years (1868–1903). Each protocol contains numerous sections and sub-sections outlining, in detail, a practical plan for Jewish world domination, allegedly ready to be enacted. According to the text, the “fathers of the Jewish nation, ” members of a secret society called the Elders of Zion, convened at the First Zionist Congress in 1897 for a clandestine meeting. At this meeting, they are said to have devised a conspiracy to take control of the world's wealth and leadership by morally corrupting great civilizations, exploiting the money of others, and instigating wars between friendly nations. (Even today, antisemitic groups continue to use this document in their attacks against Jews and the State of Israel.)
