A rare multiplayer game from the early years of Nazi Germany. 24 Wehrmacht quartet playing cards in the original illustrated box, with the instruction card – all complete. The game consists of 6 sets based on Wehrmacht military branches: Intelligence Corps, Infantry, Pioneers, Artillery, Armored Forces, and Cavalry. The box features an image of observers in Nazi swastika uniforms. From the instruction card: ”Rules of the Wehrmacht game – Quartet games – The game consists of 24 cards, divided into 6 groups of 4 matching images. Matching images bear the same number. The cards are thoroughly shuffled and dealt equally to the players. Any complete quartet held at the beginning of the game is immediately discarded… The goal is to collect as many sets of four cards as possible, and during the mutual questioning, attention must be paid to which player holds usable cards.
