FLADDER SYSTEM 300/AUT 1000 DENIBBING SANDER - Machine consists of 6 rotating brush backed sanding heads joined to a revolving hub producing a generally random scratch pattern on the material and reducing standing fibers (nibs) prior to stain and sealer. Brush sanding also produces a slightly rounded or softened edge on sharp outside edges which reduces rework from sand-throughs at sealer sanding.
