Very rare publication with a list of hundreds of Portuguese proverbs ordered alphabetically according to theme. The work, published with the initials FRILEL, meaning Francisco Rolland Printer Bookseller in Lisbon, is preceded by a prologue that Inocêncio suspects was written by António Lourenço Caminha. A second edition was published by the same printer in 1841.
