Hollywood Regency Style Wicker and Gilt Metal Coffee Table - A decorative late 20th-century coffee table designed in the Hollywood Regency style. The table features a rectangular top and a deep, curved apron constructed from woven wicker-work, which has been finished with a metallic gold-toned surface. The top surface has a slightly domed profile and is finished with a thick, woven edge. The wicker structure is mounted onto an openwork metal base decorated with pressed metal foliate leaf motifs and curved scrollwork. The metal frame is finished in a matching pale gold or cream colour. The table is supported by four slender, slightly splayed legs that terminate in small circular button feet. No maker marks or labels are visible.
