Each completed page features a mounted U.S. commemorative stamp, an explanatory insert with historical and philatelic details, and a matching first day of issue cancellation. Examples include commemoratives such as Francis Scott Key, Boulder Dam, the Sesquicentennial of the Constitution, the Panama Canal, Mount Rushmore, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Walt Disney, and others. The collection presents stamps with corresponding historical narratives and official postal markings, arranged in protective plastic pages within the original binder.
