Two Full Sheets of U.S. Commemorative Stamps – 1978 Canadian International Philatelic Exhibition (13¢) and 1980s Consumer Education Issues (15.5¢) - This lot includes two complete sheets of U.S. commemorative stamps. The first is the 1978 13¢ Canadian International Philatelic Exhibition issue, featuring North American wildlife designs (moose, red fox, raccoon, cardinal, chickadee, and blue jay) with exhibition inscriptions. The second is a full sheet of 15.5¢ Consumer Education stamps from the early 1980s, with designs including “Write Again,” “Use ZIP Code,” “Mail Early,” and “Support Your Postal Service.” Both sheets are intact with selvage and plate numbers.
