Postwar American Flyer S Gauge 5565W The New Flying Freighter - Postwar American Flyer S Gauge 5565W The New Flying Freighter set in original boxes comprising of: 338 4-8-4 Union Pacific UP steam locomotive and tender (date stamped APR 29, 1959 and Joe Marcus Los Angels, CA service sticker on underside of tender) with 929 Missouri Pacific MP stock car, 947 Northern Pacific NP reefer, 916 Delaware and Hudson D&H gondola with canisters, 926 Gulf 3-dome tank car, 924 Central of Jersey CRP covered cement car, 977 American Flyer Lines illuminated action caboose. Original instructions book, service station booklet, wood screws in envelope, loco instructions sheet, air chime whistle in original box, one 25 smoke cartridge in original box, empty 700 curved sections of track box. Tender has some paint loss at front end from loco cab corners, otherwise trains look C7. Components present are clean and in excellent condition. Train boxes have minor wear and tears to flaps, decent ink stamping. Whistle box has wrapping material and missing flaps. Loco wrap is torn nearly in half, great ink stamp on paper tape. Set box has moisture staining around sides of box and across label. Label has staining, chipping and loss of ink stamp, but is still legible. Box has minor wear, square and very solid.
