This is hand painting on the SILK. The Noh dance ”OKINA” is drawn there. This is drawn really well and is wonderful depiction. Noh is one of the traditional culture representing Japan. I was not able to investigate this painter's name or details. But I am sure that he is a famous painter. I think that it can still hang although there are stains and wrinkles.
