Blade is marked “Sömmerda,” associated with Rheinmetall production. Spine bears Imperial crown over “L” and “90” inspection mark, indicating an 1890-dated blade. Guard is unit marked “B.1.J.E. 381.” Wooden grip scales intact with expected service wear. Blade has been cut down from original length, likely for later utility or reissue.
