French Chassepot Style Bayonet w/ Scabbard - 19 3/4 inch blade. Chassepot Model 1866 style bayonet with brass ribbed grip, hooked quillon, and long blade with fuller. Guard stamped ”1451” with additional small assembly number “29” inside grip channel. No visible spine or pommel markings. Includes leather scabbard with metal throat, the leather split and deteriorated. 25 1/2 inches with scabbard. **DISPLAY NOT INCLUDED**
