Dutch Delft Tin-glazed Commemorative Plate, 1790, 13.5 inches - Dutch Delft tin-glazed earthenware commemorative plate, hand-painted with polychrome floral decoration in red, blue, and green. The center features two profile portraits labeled 'F.L.' and 'C.G.A.' surrounded by a Dutch inscription translating roughly to 'Behold here with joy this worthy couple, bound to one another in love and fidelity.'
