Pair of German Ceramic Beer Steins with Pewter Lids - Pair of German ceramic beer steins with relief decoration and pewter lids. One stein features a scene of dancing figures in a forest setting, with a dark blue background and cream-colored relief. The other stein depicts a hunting scene with figures, a deer, and trees, also with a dark blue background and cream-colored relief. Both steins have ornate handles and decorative pewter lids with thumb lifts. Visible text includes 'GERMANY', '1283', '4', and 'C517'. Taller stein measures about 9” tall. CONDITION:No visible chips or cracks on the ceramic bodies. Pewter lids show some surface wear and patina consistent with age. Minor scuffing and wear visible on the bases.
